Description: Shadow Lady is a manga series written and illustrated by Masakazu Katsura. Shadow Lady takes place in the fictional city of Gray City, around a girl named Aimi Komori. She leads an ordinary, unassuming life as a waitress in a cafe until a small oni (De-mo) attacks her in an alley. Oddly, it brushes eyeshadow on her, transforming her into the daring, flirtatious cat burglar “Shadow Lady”. To remain on Earth undetected, De-mo takes a human form and they pass him off as her little brother.
Shadow Lady’s crimes befuddle the Gray City police, and a detective named Bright Honda takes it upon himself to discover Shadow Lady’s true identity. Bright is also an inventor, and uses his inventions to try and apprehend Shadow Lady, but she is too crafty, and escapes him numerous times.

Description: The main character, Karin Karino, is a bespectacled and shy girl who happens to meet three boys on a bus. The boys, from Takashiro (a local boys’ high school), are named Tohru Ebihara and Aoi Kiriya. The boys, who are taking pictures of girls on the bus, initially make snide remarks (such as “four eyes”) at Karin for her wearing glasses. Then Kiriya approaches her when he realizes that she is reading a book called Blue, a book by a photographer named Yuuji. Karin is uneasy about the advances and starts to leave when the bus stops at the stop for Seika Girls’ Academy, which is Karin’s high school. Karin drops her book, and Kiriya inadvertently lifts Karin’s skirt when he tries to give her book back. The skirt-lifting, combined with the fact that Kiriya still has his camera in his hand, causes Karin to think that Kiriya is “upskirting” her. Karin hits Kiriya and leaves without her book.
At school it is revealed that Karin has low self-esteem, and her “friend”, Yuka Ishikawa, exploits Karin for free answers to homework. Karin and Yuka later meet the Takashiro boys, and the two begin to fight over Kiriya. Later volumes focus on the romance developing between Karin and Kiriya.

Description: Just when Yang Guo, Cheng Ying and Lu Wushuang were confronted by Li Mochou, East Heretic appeared and warded her off. Yang Guo and East Heretic soon became good friends. East Heretic even imparted the Mighty Snap and Jade-Flute Swordsmanship to Yang Guo.
Later, on learning from Nutty that Huang Rong was responsible for his father’s death, Yang Guo was overwhelmed with anger. He vowed to kill Guo Jing and Huang Rong. Knowing that he was no match for Guo Jing and Huang Rong, he made friends with the Golden Wheel Monk, attempting to seek help from the latter.
Through the Golden Wheel Monk, Yang Guo met the Mongolian Prince Kublai as well as several martial arts exponents. Just then, Old Mischief created havoc at the Mongolian camp, but was abducted by a group of people in green. Yang Guo, the Golden Wheel Monk and the others gave chase and landed themselves in the Loveless Valley…
